How to change the Company Name in the Need Help section on the Order Details?

First make sure Translations is enabled in your org

1. Go to: Setup → Translate
2. Click on Enable
3. Add a new language and select English
4. Make sure it is Active and add the users to the Selected List
5. Click on Save

Repeat the above for other languages, if the shop will be available in different languages.
Now we can add translations to the Custom Labels, this will replace the original text based on the users language.

1. Go to: Setup → Custom Labels
2. Search the label 'Company Name' (with Categories 'Order Details')
3. Click on New Local Translation / Overrides
4. Select the Language and add the Translation Text (in this case: your company name)
5. Click on Save
