Cybersecurity
For security reason, the private data inside the org should not be exposed to someone irrelevant or the public. However, some information should be shown to buyers openly to run a webshop. We can control the security through Sharing Settings, Profiles Settings and Permission Sets.
Note
When the ‘Default External Access’ column cannot be located you first have to click ‘Enable External Sharing Model’ in the Sharing Settings page. Make sure you understand the impact of this change for other parts of your CRM.
