Shop Pages and Components

Article summary

After installing OrderCentral the following Community Pages become available in your shop:

  • Catalog
  • Web product detail
  • Checkout
  • Order Details
  • Order History
  • Payment Handler
  • Shopping Cart

Per page components can be added/removed to update functionality available for that page. On top of that you can also create new pages or components to extend the shopping functionality yourself.
Some components are specifically designed to be used on particular community pages.
See the overview below to understand the components that are available and on which pages they can be used.

Add and remove components from a community page

Open Community Page

  1. From Setup enter Communities in the Quick Find box and then click Communities
  2. Click Builder next to your shopping community.
  3. Inside the builder select the Community Page you want to edit using the page selector.

Add Components

  1. Drag and drop components in the right place on the community.

Save Components

  1. Click Publish to save and publish the changes.

Shopping Cart Widget

Change Icon

  1. From Setup enter Static Resources in the Quick Find box and then click Static Resources
  2. Click New and upload the image
  3. Open the Community Builder and click on the ‘Shopping Cart Widget’ component to open the components settings.
  4. Enter the name of the static resource as the Icon Resource value
  5. Click Publish to save and publish the changes.
Note

The recommended size of the image is 18px (width) by 44px (height).
