Customer Account Settings

Update Account page layout

  1. Go to Setup → Object Manager → Accounts → Page Layouts
  2. Add Fields:
    a. Price Book
    b. Shipping Address
    c. Billing Address
  3. Add Related Lists:
    a. Web Orders
    b. Webshop Partner Discounts

Update Account Price Book

  1. Open your test account and update the Price Book you created into the ‘Price Book’ field.
  2. Enter test information (all fields) into the Shipping Address and Billing Address.

Give Access to Customer User (Buyer)

Ensure Account Owner has a role

Go to Setup > Users and make sure that the account owner related to your test account has a Role defined on his user record. Your CRM requires this user to have a role defined.

Add Lightning Quick Actions to Contact Page Layout

  1. Open your test Contact (in Lighting) → Click on the Setup Icon and click Edit Object.
  2. Go to Page Layouts
  3. Add the following Lightning Quick Actions to the page layout of the Contact:

Enable Customer User
Disable Customer User
View Customer User
Log in to Community as User

Enable contact as Community User

  1. Open your Test Contact that is related to your Test Account.
  2. Click on the button Enable Customer User.
  3. Select as Profile OrderCentral Community User (or OrderCentral Community Login User).
  4. Save.
