The invoice PDF can be accessed from the order history pages.
Some information is static (like your company information and logo) and other information is dynamic (like the products that have been ordered).

Change text displayed on the invoice

  1. From Setup enter Custom Labels in the Quick Find box and then click Custom Labels.
  2. Click on the categories column to group by category.
  3. Find the label you want to edit.
  4. Update the value for the label you would like to update and click Save.

Change Icons displayed on the invoice

  1. From Setup enter Static Resources in the Quick Find box and then click Static Resources
  2. Click New and upload the image
  3. From Setup enter Custom Settings in and click Manage next to the Invoice Settings.
  4. Click New / Edit in the section Default Organization Level Value and provide the left and right Image Resource Path. The resource path should contain the name of the static resource you created for the image.
Note

Images on the invoice PDF are recommended to have a ratio of 4 : 1 (width : height)

How to use a different invoice template

In the Web Order object, there is a field called Invoice URL. This field is used to determine which page or document to open when the customer clicks on the 'Download invoice' link. By default this field is empty and OrderCentral will use it's own Visualforce page to generate the invoice. When this field has a value, this value will be used instead. This provides the ability to create a custom visualforce page or to use a document generation tool like PDF Buttler or Conga Composer to generate invoices that match your requirements.
