    View and update

    1. Go to: Setup → Custom Metadata Types → Delivery Methods → Manage Delivery Methods
    2. Update Pricing and/or (de)activate shipping methods

    Contact your OrderCentral Account Manager or Implemenation Partner for more information about alternative shipping cost integrations / calculations

    Set/change default shipping method

    1. Go to: Setup → Custom Settings → OrderCentral System Setting
    2. Click Edit to edit the Default Organization Level Values
    3. Enter the Delivery Method Label of the default shipping method.
    4. Click Save

    Pre-populate Shipping information fields

    1. Go to: Setup → Custom Metadata Types → Checkout Shipping Field → Manage Records
    2. Click Edit for the field you want to pre-populate
    3. Enter the API name of the field from Account you want to populate
    4. Click Save
    Note

    When there is no pre-population, the fields will be pre-populated based on the last order. When there is no last order, the fields will be empty.
