Article summary

OrderCentral allows to setup Multiple Storefronts from one Salesforce Org. 

To do so you first do a standard implementation of OrderCentral with your first Storefront. 

Additionally: 

  • Setup Additional Digital Experience for the additional Storefront(s)
  • Create Required (on page layout) Picklist fields called ‘Storefront’ on objects: Web Products and Web Categories.
  • Use OrderCentral Community Plus (Contact us to purchase) licenses to leverage criteria based sharing rules for Web Products and Web Categories.
  • Create a public group (per storefront) and setup Criteria based sharing based on the Storefront fields on the Web Products and Web Categories.
  • Nice to have: Automation (Record Triggered Flow) on user to automatically assign User based on OrderCentral Community Plus profile to public group.
