    Apply Discounts based on Products

    Instead of giving a discount for a specific customer it is also possible to give all customers a discount for a specific product or a group of products.

    Define product discounts

    As the product now has a price, start to make some client/account specific settings.

    1. From the App Launcher search for Webshop Partner Discounts
    2. In the Webshop Partner Discount list view click on the New button.
    3. Select the type of discount you want to create.
    4. Enter details
      1. Leave Account field empty
      2. Discount percentage
      3. Product or Material group details
      4. Start and end date
      5. Status (only Approved discounts will be applied)
    5. Click Save
    Action

    When the Partner Discount related list is not visible you can add it to the account page layout

    If the Account field is required in your form after clicking New, you can change the layout of Webshop Partner Discount:

    Setup -> Object Manager ->Webshop Partner Discount -> Page Layouts

    Please go to the Layout which you want to adjust and remove the "require" in the properties of Account there.
