There are multiple ways content in the shopping experience can be translated. 

  1. Translate directly from the Experience Builder
  2. Use the translation work bench
  3. Translate custom labels
  4. Add translations in the OrderCentral translation tab

So which of these options is the best one? Well... That depends on what needs to be translated. Is it product details? Specific text specified in a component configuration in the site builder or a text phrase in one of the OrderCentral components.
