Go to Setup then go to Users, ensure that your test account has a defined role on their user record Your CRM requires this user to have a role defined.
Add Lightning Quick Actions to Contact Page Layout
- Open your test Contact (in Lighting) → Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click Edit Object.
- Go to Page Layouts.
- Add the following Lightning Quick Actions to the page layout of the Contact:

Enable Customer User |
Disable Customer User |
View Customer User |
Log in to Community as User |
Enable contact
- Open your Test Contact that is related to your Test Account.
- Click on the button Enable Customer User.
- Select as Profile OrderCentral Community User (or OrderCentral Community Login User).
- Save.
- Add permission set. User -> Select user -> Permission sets -> OrdC persmission
