Go to Setup then go to Users, ensure that your test account has a defined role on their user record Your CRM requires this user to have a role defined.

Add Lightning Quick Actions to Contact Page Layout

  1. Open your test Contact (in Lighting) → Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click Edit Object.
  3. Go to Page Layouts.
  4. Add the following Lightning Quick Actions to the page layout of the Contact:

Enable Customer User
Disable Customer User
View Customer User
Log in to Community as User

Enable contact 

  1. Open your Test Contact that is related to your Test Account.
  2. Click on the button Enable Customer User.
  3. Select as Profile OrderCentral Community User (or OrderCentral Community Login User).
  4. Save.
  5. Add permission set. User -> Select user -> Permission sets -> OrdC persmission
