Create Sandbox at Ingenico

  1. Go to https://epayments.developer-ingenico.com/signup-for-sandbox/ and singup for a sandbox
  2. Open your sandbox and find the following information:
    a. Merchant ID
    b. API Key and Secret
    c. Page Variant (the default one is ‘100’)
  3. Inside your CRM go to the tab 'OrderCentral Settings'
  4. Populate the information and Save:

  1. Go to Setup > Remote Site Settings click New Remote Site
  2. Populate information and Save:

Set up the default billing country for payment

  1. Go to: Setup → Custom Settings → OrderCentral System Settings → Manage → New/Edit for Default Organization Level Value.
  2. Use 2-digit country codes.
  3. Click Save.
Note

The Billing Country Code is used in the integration with Ingenico and defines the available payment options during the payment process.
As an alternative to setting one general Billing Country Code (as described above) you can define Billing Country Codes per Account. If an Billing Country Code is defined for the Account this code will be used instead of the one from the OrderCentral System Settings.
Add the Billing Country Code field the account page layout and start using it.

Register and deploy My Domain

  1. To Register My Domain and deploy it to users go to Setup -> My Domain (enter My Domain, check availability click register)
  2. Once the Domain is registered, you will receive a confirmation email
  3. Go to My Domain and click ‘Deploy to Users’
  4. Give access to Ingenico login tabs for OrderCentral Administrator and System Administrator;
  5. Go to the OrderCentral App Ingenico login tab and fulfill Ingenico account data.
