Configure Shopping Cart fields copied to a Web Order

Field mapping for Shopping Cart to Web Order

Do you want certain shopping cart fields to be copied over to web order ? We got your back. You just need a few steps to achieve it.

Make sure:

  • Shopping Cart field api name should be same as Web Order field api name
  • Shopping Cart field type should be same as Web Order field type
  • Web order field should be updateable

Steps to configure shopping cart fields to be copied over to web order:

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Click on Object manager
  3. Search for Shopping Cart in the quick find box
  4. Click on Shopping Cart
  5. Click on Field sets from the left side bar
  6. Find Web Order Sync in the quick find box
  7. Click on Web Order Sync
  8. Drag the fields to ‘In The Field Set’ box which you want to copy over to web order 
  9. Click Save
